Terms of Service
1. Overview
LogoHaul provides custom digital logo sheet design services. By purchasing a LogoHaul product, you agree to the Terms of Service outlined below. These terms apply to all logo sheet purchases unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Scope of Services
LogoHaul delivers curated logo sheet designs based on the package selected at checkout. Services may include:
A half logo sheet containing six (6) logo variations, or
A full logo sheet containing twelve (12) logo variations, or
A mascot design combined with nine (9) logo variations
All designs are created using original concepts and/or proprietary templates owned by LogoHaul.
3. Turnaround Time
Logo sheets are typically delivered within five (5) business days from the date payment is received and all required client information has been submitted. Turnaround times are estimates and may be impacted by client responsiveness or unforeseen delays.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide all requested project information within one (1) week of purchase
Designate one (1) point of contact for all project-related communication
Respond to any clarification requests in a timely manner
Failure to provide required information may delay project delivery.
5. Swap-Out Policy (In Place of Revisions)
LogoHaul does not offer traditional revisions. Instead, the following swap-out system is included to ensure client satisfaction:
Half Sheet (6 logos): Up to two (2) logo swap-outs
Full Sheet (12 logos or 1 mascot + 9 logos): Up to three (3) logo swap-outs
A swap-out allows the replacement of an individual logo with a new design concept at the designer’s discretion. Swap-outs must be requested within three (3) days of delivery. Additional changes or swap-outs beyond those included may require an additional fee.
6. Digital Delivery
All LogoHaul products are delivered digitally. Final deliverables typically include:
One JPG image of the complete logo sheet
One vector PDF containing individual logos
No physical products are provided.
7. Payment & No Refund Policy
Due to the custom and digital nature of LogoHaul products:
All sales are final
No refunds, returns, or cancellations are offered once payment is submitted
Work begins immediately after purchase
Payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service.
8. Ownership & Usage Rights
Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted full ownership and usage rights to the final delivered logo sheet. LogoHaul retains ownership of any preliminary concepts, unused designs, or proprietary templates not included in the final delivery.
Delivered designs may not be resold, redistributed, or represented as stock assets.
9. Service Delivery
LogoHaul may, at its discretion, engage additional creative resources or production support to assist in the delivery of services, provided that all work remains subject to LogoHaul’s standards, oversight, and quality control.
10. No Guarantee of Outcomes
LogoHaul does not guarantee specific branding, commercial, marketing, or financial outcomes resulting from the use of delivered designs. Design preferences are subjective, and satisfaction is addressed through the included swap-out policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
LogoHaul shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered designs or delays in delivery. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the purchased services.
12. Promotion & Portfolio Use
LogoHaul reserves the right to display completed logo sheets on its website, portfolio, and social media platforms for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
You have read and understood these Terms of Service
Payment serves as a legally binding agreement
You agree to all policies outlined above
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California.
